Warsaw is a stunning and magical place, especially in the winter. We woke up in our Air B&B and noticed that it was snowing! I raced for my camera and hit the streets. We were staying in the old Jewish Ghetto in a historical part of town just outside of Old Town. The streets were surprisingly busy for how cold it actually was. You can hear the faint hum of cars cautiously passing by as well as quiet conversations on the streets. There are too many historical locations to count in this one but on the walk we pass the King's Castle. We stumble upon a humble Christmas Market, and get lost a little in Old Town. From Old Town we link up with the Royal Route which is where most of the action is in this walk. We even find ourselves wondering into the Church of the Holy Cross which is interestingly the resting place of the heart of Polish composer Chopin! We finish the walk locateing a bench that plays Chopin songs and find a beautiful status of Copernicus a famous Polish Astronomer. Thank you for watching!
