Eastman VL80 Evaluation

I managed to score an Eastman VL80 violin, and thought it might be interesting to compare it to the Stentor Student II and the Aeirsi violin. As mentioned, the VL80 has a lot of lumber in it, which is not usually a good thing. However, workmanship and plate tuning seem to be a bit better in the Eastman, so I guess there's that... Note that I continue to list the Cecilio violin, but it is not even in the same game, so I've quit playing it. Also bear in mind that the Aiersi violin outfit at $239 is complete, including shoulder rest and electronic tuner. Prices are in $CDN.
