Starting to code a Python Text Adventure Game

In this video, we explore how we can utilise functions to create a Dungeons & Dragons inspired text adventure game, like those played when computers were first used as entertainment devices. The code of this game is very simple, the gameplay is somewhat limited BUT the experience the player has is completely down to how well the programmers describes the setting, the gameplay and fight scenes (whatever it be). The game itself does not need to have a specific genre, this type of application can be used for something as simple as an interactive adventure story.
