11Six24 Hurache-X Power | 2-Week Paddle Review | Best elongated pickleball paddle in 2025?

If you’re a fan of elongated paddles or come from a tennis background, the 11Six24 Hurache-X Power might be the paddle you’ve been waiting for. 00:00 - Intro 00:06 - Meet the Hurache-X (Overview) 00:21 - Handle Length Comparison 00:40 - Ideal Players for the Hurache-X 00:50 - Power & Control Breakdown 01:10 - Spin & Soft Game Performance 01:20 - Hurache-X vs Pegasus & Vapor 01:33 - Hurache-X vs JOOLA Perseus 4 02:00 - Review Disclaimer 02:15 - Joey's Hurache-X Review 03:36 - On-Court Hitting Impressions 04:00 - Paddle Customization (Lead Tape) 04:16 - Crosscourt & Down-the-Line Drives 04:36 - Two-Handed Backhand Strength 04:56 - Sweet Spot & Drop Shots 05:26 - Volley Feedback (The Weak Spot) 06:00 - Final Verdict: Why I Chose Pegasus 06:40 - Who Should Use the Hurache-X 06:50 - Discount Code & Where to Buy 07:14 - Behind-the-Scenes Update 07:40 - Outro I recently spent several months putting the Hurache-X through its paces, side-by-side with other models in the 11Six24 Power Series—including the Pegasus Power and Vapor Power. Spoiler: While I didn’t ultimately choose the Hurache-X as my main paddle, it still earned high marks and might be the go-to option for many of you out there. What Makes the Hurache-X Stand Out? Right off the bat, the 6-inch handle is the biggest difference. The other paddles in the Power lineup have a 5.75-inch handle, but the Hurache-X gives you more room to work with—perfect for players who rely on a two-handed backhand or who simply have bigger hands. It feels solid, controlled, and stable. Power-wise, it ranks just behind the Pegasus in the series, but it’s no slouch. At the baseline, I found that it launched the ball with pace, topspin, and surprising consistency. While it doesn’t quite match the Pegasus in spin, it holds its own remarkably well. In terms of soft game performance, it really impressed me. Especially for two-handed backhand dinks, this paddle is one of the best in the lineup. The sweet spot extends nicely across the face, making it forgiving even when you catch shots off-centre. A Quick Comparison: Hurache-X vs. JOOLA Perseus 4 I also tested the Hurache-X against the new JOOLA Perseus 4. While they share similarities, the Hurache-X won me over thanks to its softer feel and wider sweet spot. The Perseus felt a bit too stiff and less forgiving. Plus, at a more accessible price point, it’s hard not to give the Hurache-X the edge. Joey’s Take My doubles partner Joey has been playing with the Hurache-X Power for over two months, and it’s his favourite out of the nine paddles we tested. He’s a forehand drive-heavy player, and he noted how light and whippy the paddle feels—perfect for his style. Even in delicate moments at the kitchen line, Joey found the paddle offered great control, especially on two-handed dinks and one-handed slices. “Even if you hit just outside the sweet spot,” he said, “you still get that oomph that keeps it from being a shank.” Joey recommends this paddle for 3.5+ players looking to find the corners and add depth and spin to their drives. My On-Court Feel I added a bit of lead tape to the top corners for more plow-through on drives and to help with dip on my backhand rolls. The Hurache-X delivers a tennis racket-like swing, and you can actually hear a whip-like crack on some shots. Where it really excels: • Baseline consistency • Topspin-heavy passing shots • Two-handed backhands • Forgiveness outside the centre sweet spot The only spot where it slightly fell behind for me was at the net on fast exchanges. Due to the longer handle, it carries a bit more swing weight, which made my backhand roll volleys feel a touch slower compared to the Pegasus. Final Verdict I ultimately chose the Pegasus Power for my game, but the Hurache-X Power is a close second—especially for doubles. If you like elongated paddles, play a lot of two-handers, or just want something that blends power with control, the Hurache-X is definitely worth a try. You can pick one up at 11Six24.com and use code RY3D at checkout for a discount. That also helps support this channel so I can keep making reviews like this. ⸻ Stay Tuned Sorry for the delay in getting this one out! I kept going back and forth between this and the Pegasus Power, and now I’ve moved on to the Pegasus Alpha Pro Power—video coming soon. If you have questions about the Hurache-X or how it compares to other paddles in the lineup, drop a comment and I’ll get back to you. – Rylie | @ry3d
