Hello everyone, and welcome back to the Beaver Valley Mall in Monaca Pennsylvania just outside of Pittsburgh. This is not my first time here, however since my original visit in November 2020, things have changed severely. This mall is not doing well anymore. Opening in 1970, Beaver Valley Mall would be a staple for beaver county, and the western area of Pittsburgh. The mall would do great through the 80s and 90s, however the 2000 would be tough with the opening of Mall at Robinson about 20 minutes away. As anchors started leaving Beaver Valley Mall, Namdar would unfortunately take over For ownership, and Beaver Valley Mall with suffer a really fast fate.
