This turned out to be quite a challenge to do. Probably the longest vid I've done, which meant quite a bit of slicing & dicing. CFA changed the format a bit, adding best 3 kittens, champions & premieres in both shows for a total of 18 more presentations, so Best of the Best, which usually averaged something over half an hour, this time extended to over an hour. My 1st cut was 40 minutes, managed to get that down to 35 minutes while retaining what I wanted to. The encoding was something else. I added a color tool to try and get a better red for the Persian than what I was seeing on screen. Would like to have experimented more with it, but did want to get this out. Turns out that tool really slowed encoding, resulting in a 5 day encode (thankfully no power outages!). Yikes - so I'm not at all keen to redo it, which I usually do if I'm not happy about something. Was initially disappointed after uploading to see the vid in 1080 instead of 4K (and I do wait a day for processing to really be finished), so I re-uploaded and happily this is in 4K. Dunno why the diff, but I'm happy with that, thinking of all the work involved in creating it.
