Why is Hennepin Cnty Attorney delaying justice 4 George Floyd when prima facie video evidence exists

Today is Thursday afternoon. George Floyd was murdered by cop on Monday evening. And yet there is still no word of any warrant for the arrest of any police officers. Video of the killing exists that amounts to evidence on its face of the guilt of a police officer or officers of the act of murder -- so there is need to review any more evidence to justify issuing a warrant. The video evidence is all of about 10 minutes long; so why is there such a delay in issuing warrants for the arrest of at least one of the officers given the existence of prima facie video evidence of their guilt? The only possible reason I can think of is there being some very sophisticated creative video editing that greatly altered the appearance of the video from the reality of the events that unfolded; something that presumably would require many hours of editing by someone with advanced expertise and knowledge and software to pull off -- but no reason has been presented that that is the case; and even if it was that is something that could be uncovered after the warrant was issued and a case was being built and the defense could present as well. But in reality, the video evidence would normally be sufficient to at least put a suspect into police custody awaiting charges if it was a civilian; so, why the double standard here? Is there an 'old boys network' putting pressure on the attorney's office not to prosecute? One can only speculate.
