With Grenades, this is quick and easy. You don't even get to attack while his tail's up. Before the battle, I made sure to stack up on Grenades, because I won't be able to get them again until Mighty Grunts in the Shinra HQ and then they're a rare steal. I also maxed out Potions, even though I will be able to buy them later. Rules: -I may only ever use things I've stolen from enemies. This does not just apply to items. If I have not stolen the weapon, I may not use attacks or limit breaks with that character, and if I have not stolen the armor, I may not defend. For convenience, I will allow myself to buy items that are currently stealable from enemies, but only if I can access the enemy in question directly from the store without going through any bosses or story events first. No Right Arms on disc 1. They'll just trivialize most of the bosses and that's no fun. I will try to keep it a low level challenge with a max level of 28 or 29, but I'm not sure if that will work.
