Anda Masala Recipe | Dhaba Style Anda Masala | Egg Curry Recipe | Indian Varieties Ingredients: 0:47 -6 Boiled Eggs -1 small chopped onion -2 ripe chopped tomatoes fresh chilies curry leaves 1 tsp ginger garlic paste coriander to garnish chopped coriander roots (optional) 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala salt to taste Slit the eggs from all sides 1:35 Fry the eggs 2:02 In a pan tale 2 tbsp oil and heat it up. Add all the eggs and fry in the hot oil till they are little golden brown Keep the eggs aside for adding in the curry later Method 2:47 In the same pan Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds in the hot oil and let them sizzle Add onions and mix well Add fresh chilies and chopped onion Add curry leaves and chopped roots of coriander Add ginger garlic paste, Sauté well Add chopped tomatoes and cook till they are soft Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala and 1 tsp coriander powder Sauté well, and cook till the raw smell of the spices is gone Add the fried eggs and mix them delicately so that they are not broken Add little water and salt to taste Cook for 2 mins Take it off the gas Garnish with coriander and server with bread, chapati or rice Enjoy!!!
