Here are 5 powerful actions I would have taken earlier when I started my Real Estate career that I learned along the way, and these steps are crucial for you to have a profitable business. I recommend that you start applying them to your business as soon as you start your career! 1. START WITH THE END IN MIND Set a goal and start with the end in mind to know where to go and to take actions to reach that goal. 2. GET ATTENTION You need to go out there! You need to be active on your Social Medias. You need to let people know that you are in the Real Estate world now. Create content and choose 1-2 platforms to share consistently. 3. ASK YOUR CLIENTS FOR FEEDBACK Ask the people around you, if you just started. Ask them questions, and start making content about those topics to share with your public. 4. BUILD A SOLID DATABASE OF OTHER INDUSTRY WORKERS Mortgage Brokers Real Estate Lawyers Accountants Plumbers Electricians Etc. 5. ASK FOR REFERRALS Ask for them, simply as that. Ask people for referrals. Ask your Mortgage Broker, for example. If you sent him/her business, don’t be shy to reach out and ask for referrals. You help them to grow their business and they can help you growing yours. It’s a win-win situation! I talk about these 5 actions deeper in this video.
