A warm-up routine is included in the description below! You will need a variety of dumbbells, a mat, and a water bottle. Focus on your form and maintain a nice, controlled pace! The structure of this workout is as follows: Work: 12 Reps Rest: Short rest between exercises, 45 seconds between blocks Exercises: 4 blocks, 3 exercises per block Finisher: Ab finisher & a cool-down stretch! REMINDER: Start with a warm-up routine to get your blood flowing so you can work hard, safely, and effectively!
