About the Speakers: Professional For the past 20 years, Debra has worked as a Peer-to-Peer Mentor, Facilitator, and Family Worker at Noah’s Inclusion Services. She has been part of the Noah’s community for nearly 26 years, starting as a parent when her son Sam, born with Down Syndrome, began Early Intervention at just six months old. Combining her lived experience with professional knowledge, Debra is passionate about connecting parents and empowering families to confidently advocate for their children. Parent Rachel is the mum of Manaia (8) and Keanu (5), two incredible non-speaking autistic boys. She looks forward to sharing her experiences with the community.
