We recommend this for breakfast, or a simple meal with a piece of bread. [Mushroom Soup Ingredients] - 2 servings - Ingredients: 15 Button mushroom, 3 Grain Garlic, 1/2 Onion, 1 Cube Butter, 200ml Water, 200ml Milk, 100ml Heavy cream, Salt, Pepper, Parsley [Instruction] 1.Slice button mushrooms, crush garlic grains and chop onion and parsley into fine pieces. 2.Melt butter on a heated pan. Add garlic and onion. When the onion turns transparent, add a bit of salt and cook for 10~15 minutes. Take out some nice mushroom pieces. We will use this for decoration. 3.Pour water and let it simmer for 15~20 minutes on medium heat. Blend with a hand mixer. 4.Put some salt and pepper to your taste. Add milk and heavy cream and mix well on low heat. 5.Serve the soup in a bowl, and garnish with mushroom pieces and parsley flakes.
