The system comprises of: Duplo DSC 10/60i Intelligent Collator Towers with Ultrasonic Double Sheet Detection on Top 2 Bins (PC Controlled) Duplo DC-12JR Jogger Unit Duplo DBMS-F Accumulator, Crease & Plough Fold Unit Duplo DBMS-S Stitching Unit (Twin Hohner Stitching Heads with option for up to 4 Stitching Heads) Duplo DBMS-T Front Edge Trimmer Unit Duplo DKT-200 Two Knife Trimmer (Removes the Header & Footer) Extended Delivery Unit High Capacity Waste Conveyor (Takes the trimmed waste from both trimmer units and drops it into a high volume waste bin) The complete system is in immaculate condition throughout having only been lightly used by a local council since installation in 2019. The total count on the machine is just 490,000 which equates to just 77 Hours of running time. The machine has been serviced and maintained since new by Duplo UK with the last service completed just before the machine was removed.
