Postural Therapy is about creating functionality in the body due to daily aches and pains or postural imbalances brought on by weak or injured muscles. At Function Pilates, a private postural therapy session allows us to customize a tailored at home menu based off of a postural photo assessment. The goal is to decrease chronic pain and increase functional mobility. This session will include a photo assessment, personal step-by-step instruction with a trained instructor and a printed menu with detailed instructions and photos to complete each exercise in the comfort of your home.
