EDV Crash & Getting Rescued, Amazon Delivery Driver DSP

I was in a minor accident with the EDV (Electric Delivery Van), While the van was parked with hazards on in the correction location another car hit the back of the EDV. It took police over 6 hours to respond and make their report. I had to be rescued by multiple other drivers since I had so many packages still on the van while I sat for most of the day. When this happened, I called my dispatch who told me to call LMET and while I was talking to LMET, dispatch called the police for me. Dispatch can see exactly where we are located.
