Different tribal groups have their own traditional multi-level system, where members can appeal. The amount received from donations, incentives, penalty amount, fee amount, royalty received from minor forest produce, market management fee and other income will be deposited in the Gram Sabha fund. With the implementation of PESA rules, Gram Sabhas will get the right to select development plans and beneficiaries.
