The Park is specially designed to create a subtropical mood. To tie in with the name of Tin Shui Wai, water fountain and water features were constructed to highlight the concept of "Tin"(sky) and "Shui"(water). The focus of the Park is an artificial lake which is built in harmony with the environment.
