Spending time with my own personal patterns has helped me on a tremendous level: to understand my life, who I am, how I show up for myself, for my community and so on. And I love it! The more I know me, the more I can pour into me with the exact ingredients that I need to be my best self. We all have special patterns. And the universe has a wonderful way of showing us exactly what we need, exactly where our energy is flowing and what pieces of us need some extra love and care.
