This is a 15 min knee friendly workout to grow and shape your booty! This routine is perfect if you have knee problems or if you just don't like squats and lunges ;) All of the exercises are done on the floor - but you will feel the burn! Focus on your mind to muscle connection and really squeeze that booty - not your legs! Do the exercises slowly and in a controlled way - really thinking about engaging your glutes! If you want to make this workout it more challenging, feel free to use ankle weights :) This is what you can expect from this workout: Lots of donkey kick variations Glute bridge variations Exercises lying on the floor No standing exercises (no squats or lunges) 30 sec intervals for the exercises 10 sec intervals for breaks :) As usual, I don't talk on my videos, so you can just enjoy the music!
