1976 Corvette Project Part 43: Custom Headlight and Front Bumper Mold

Part 43 of the 76 Corvette project series covers the making of the custom fixed headlight buckets and front bumper/valence. I made the buck out of pink insulation foam and drywall compound, then made a mold using polyester tooling gelcoat, resin, and 1.5 oz chopped strand matting. Then I made the actual part from epoxy resin and fiberglass matt. The headlights and front bumper will be fiberglassed to the front clip of the car in the next video. Thanks for watching.
