This is such a clear and great instruction jump through workshop from Laruga Glaser that I had to go and mess with it. I have added in some reaffirmation of the important points and some slow motion footage so we can capture Laruga Glaser as she transitions. Hope you like it. The jumps through and back used in Ashtanga are good for strength building but they also use up a lot of energy when you are struggling to do them. This tutorial should help you make the jumps and transition more efficient and smooth.
