In the 1950s, BMW was on the brink of bankruptcy until a tiny, Italian-designed "Bubble Car" saved the company. The Isetta 300 is a masterpiece of minimalism: the entire front of the car swings open, taking the steering wheel with it. But 70 years haven't been kind to this particular "egg." We found it seized, rusted, and forgotten, with its iconic canvas sunroof rotted away. In this ASMR journey, every sound is amplified. You’ll hear the high-pressure rinse of the power washer stripping away decades of dust, the precision "click" of the 298cc single-cylinder engine being reassembled, and the satisfying "thud" of that famous front-opening door.
