The effects of stress start long before you experience them in your physical body. The first victim of stress are various energy layers of your bio energy field. The first victim is your Causal body, which is the highest energetic vibration within your bio-energy field that powers your body and all your subconscious and conscious activities in physical realm. Causal body contains all information from your past, present and future lives, because time doesn't exist at all in any levels of existence in the universe, as everything is happening simultaneously, but in different vibratory levels. Stressful situations first affect the harmony in your highest information synchronisation level by affecting constant communication with highest levels of universal creation.
