Kinaesthetics uses a holistic perspective on movement-health development focusing in the correct execution and incorporation of acrobatic elements in dance and fitness programs. The class seamlessly blends music, rhythm, acrobatics motor coordination and dynamic stability exercises in an effort to help any participant build the strength needed to perform and incorporate such elements in dance choreographies and expressive dance. Alternatively, by its own, this system challenges and attracts people who desire an unconventional, demanding yet amusing form of exercise.
