A Wanted Man: I wrote this song one night after a gig, about 2:00 AM, as I ate a sub sandwich in my hotel room. Awesome. Anyway, it’s a little look into my heart of expression as to what I was feeling, thinking about how long I’ve been performing, wondering if I’ve run my course with my music, feeling terrified that it all may just end with a crash. With a never-ending group of booking agents, club owners, concert organizers, TV show appearances, all kinds of public performances, commercials, county fairs, you name it, year after year, well…After a while, you begin to wonder how many dues are needed to pay the bill for big success. And all this, while doing your best to get home and help manage and grow your family. In any case, you just keep at it, like we all do, in anything you choose to do in life. You’ll hear about the one I’m close to, and how she lives with and deals with all this in support for my God given passion, Singing for you. Ya know, we all may wonder: What’s the true measure of the phrase, making it? Is it money, notoriety, fame and fortune, which, in the world’s eye may never be achieved, just by a select few, or what? But really – Think about it. Whoever you are and whatever you do, are you great at it? For example; being a parent, as just one of a thousand examples. I’m hoping we all recognize each other as awesome and see greatness in one another for whatever you do in life! So as for me, if you’re interested, and I hope you are, here it is: I’ll never stop, I’ll never quit, and I’ll never retire. Well, maybe slow down a bit. lol. But seriously - All my musical love; All my songs; all my singing heart is for you wonderful people!
