The documentary HOW TO WORLD PREMIERE takes a look behind the scenes and accompanies pianist Igor Levit, conductor Elim Chan and the Mahler Chamber Orchestra during rehearsals for William Bolcom's Second Piano Concerto. This most recent composition commissioned by the Heidelberger Frühling Music Festival, sponsored by Dietrich Götze, was premiered in April 2022.
