September 4th Is Near: How To Handle the FTC Non-Compete Rule Deadlines

On August 20, 2024, a federal court in Texas issued a decision which enjoins the FTC’s rule on a nationwide basis. This webinar will discuss what this nationwide ban means for the future of the FTC’s rule, and the notice requirements that would have gone into effect on September 4, 2024.
