Super Metroid Redesign - Draygon Duel TO THE DEATH.

I was trying some new compression techniques, but it washed out a lot of the color. Will have to fix that next time around but for now it's ok. Alrighty I'm certainly no expert at this game - I'm just getting through it :). Can you believe that ending though, I wanted to kick myself so bad. I'd tried a number of times to connect to the wall with the grappling hook, but to no avail. This was my six or seventh attempt and I'd never connected with the hook so I was in disbelief when it happened. I was really hoping I'd be able to use this footage too, because of the fact that Draygon nearly sacked me midbattle. You can't see the energy tanks very well, but you'll probably notice I got down to 2 life at one point. It was awesome. Anyway, I don't need any tips on beating draygon - I like my gaming to be a fluid process, undeterred by failure. If I was doing an exhibition to show off skill like a speedrun or something, I'd take more care with the video. As is, I'm just enjoying playing. Oh and I'm also noticing a trend with Metroid bosses where I get sacked right on the verge of victory. My metroid 3 video comes to mind :)
