I've been interested in getting one of these machines for a while due to their keyboard and БМК (Basic Matrix Crystal, like ULA). It's dated pre-Soviet Union breakup and I think was built in the Russian SFSR, although the БМК probably comes from Belarus SSR. I initially thought it didn't work ... no video output & no keyboard sound ... but it turns out the RGB video pinout in the manual differs from reality, perhaps the original owner modified it. So I did get video to work ... maybe cleaning up the wires & connections will get a better image. The keyboard is flaky as well with just one key working if I angle the keyboard "just right", hence why there was no key tap sound. The БМК (if that's what it is) is the third type I've seen for the Soviet Spectrum - it had one leg that had come away from the pad, which I re-soldered. It also has a beautiful, ceramic Z80 clone from, I believe, East Germany/DDR based on the "80A" and "MME" markings ... never seen a ceramic version before, and interesting choice for a Russian clone ... maybe the T34s were hard to get by 1991 ... ?
