He also is a Kidney Transplant Surgeon; the Founder, Cleveland Clinic & MetroHealth Minority Men’s Health Fair; National Visionary Health Equity Leader & Champion; Personal Success Mentor & Coach; Motivational Speaker; Book Author of Success Navigation book entitled “It Isn’t Difficult To Do It IF You Know How To Do It”, and is a Multicurual Medicine Consultant and Advocate.. He graduated from Northwestern University and Northwestern University Medical School, completed a six-year residency in Urology at New York University, a three-year fellowship in kidney transplantation surgery at Cleveland Clinic and joined the Cleveland Clinic Staff in 1996. He is a noted national leader for the eliminating health disparities as well as a strong national proponent for educating and informing minority communities regarding the importance of organ donation and increasing minority access to kidney and organ transplantation.
