It was bad enough to watch how the driver struggled in the first minute to negotiate a metal balustrade obstacle behind his vehicle, but what happened at 1:45 was shocking. I couldn't believe my eyes and simply glad that no pedestrians were there at the time of the incident. Please share! It may just teach your love ones in HK there is a seriously need for a higher sense of situational awareness despite the lack threat present and a city filled with people who are more focused on their smart phones than what's going on around them. Things can turn ugly in 2 seconds as demonstrated in the video with this slow moving vehicle on a hill with a driver not exactly certain what's around his vehicle vehicle nor he knows how to drive a car.
