Taste of Scotland’ experience at Mharsanta where guests will be immersed into a gastronomic tour of Scotland. This is a new experience which will showcase some of Scotland’s finest food and drink. The evening sees a tasting menu created to showcase Scotland’s finest produce accompanied by tasting sessions including The Glenlivet, Caorunn Gin, Innis & Gunn, Johnnie Walker & Talisker. Guests will be surrounded by digital laser projections of Scotland’s great scenery with master distillers, brewers and chefs talking through the products they have before them. Sample Menu: Glenlivet whisky tasting Hand dived king scallop, Stornoway black pudding, garlic potato, green apple Talisker whisky tasting Macsween’s haggis, neeps, tatties, Glenlivet whisky cream sauce Innis &Gunn beer tasting Roast loin of venison, Stornoway black pudding roll, carrot & parsnip puree, crispy potatoes with chorizo and Isle of Mull cheddar Caorunn gin tasting Irn Bru cheesecake, traditional cranachan, Johnnie Walker chocolate granache Johnnie Walker whisky tasting Isle of Mull cheese, caramelised onion chutney, traditional oatcakes Tea/coffee served with Scottish tablet
