A charming village in Normandy with great restaurants

We visited Cabourg to break up the journey between our two campsites but we think it was our favorite place of the holiday, #cabourg #townsinnormandy #placestostaynormandy We stayed in an Air B&B which we thought was a douse but seemed to be an extended shed in somebody's garden - however it was perfect for us helped by the fact that the owner is a pastry chef and provided us with a lovely homemade breakfast which was left outside our accommodation. Cabourg has a stunning beach with an old-fashioned promenade including an impressive-looking Grand Casino. The old town was buzzing at night with a friendly and relaxed family atmosphere and many restaurants to choose from although there was a queue at some of them. The video starts with a clip of us crossing the Pont du Normandy bridge which is a really impressive structure. Living in South Wales we are used to crossing the two Severn Crossings into England but this really struck us as being different because of the climb and descent.
