Cost: Total: $1,286 - 1,300 $400 - Blood titer $300 - Flight ticket $250 - health certificate $121 - USDA Certification $77 - Crate $50 - per rabies shot $50 - supplies that I brought $30 - Mat $8 - External water bottle Documents: Specifically: From the USA to South Korea ALL DOCUMENTS I HAVE SCREENSHOTTED ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE * FAVN Done after a rabies shot Needs to be 0.5 ml or higher Must have the original copy with you (sticker copy) Rabies Certificate Signed in Blue ink by USDA accredited veterinarian Health Certificate Done 10 days before your flight USDA Certification This is not a document but it is a document certifying that your documentation is correct and approved by the USDA for your dog to fly to your country of import Additional documentation: Airline Veterinary Health Form Plane Ticket/Airline - Flying in cargo versus in cabin Korean Airlines You must call to make your flight reservation Tell them your size, weight, gender, & name of your pet & their crate dimensions and whether they will be traveling in cargo or onboard You should be able to find your airlines restrictions for onboard/cargo on their website Gave me a confirmation email once my pet reservation was confirmed Pay at the airport My dog flew in cargo because she was too heavy to fly on board with me but after some research, I knew that in cargo was the correct decision Some airlines have a time restriction of how long your pet can be on board a flight (max 12 hours) but Korean airline did not have this restriction Supplies: $77 Crate (Large) - Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07...
