In this video I will be RE-DOING a few of the previous Wella colorcharm liquid toners shades. This is part 2 of my 2 part RE-DO series on the Wella colorcharm liquid toners Please keep an eye out for part 1! Recently I've noticed a few commentors mentioning that that they couldn't tell the difference between the various haircolor shade swatches So I've decided to RE-DO these previously swatched toner samples In this video, I'll be using the Ion protein filler, which claims to "protect against new chemical damage, ensure marvelous color results, equalizes hair porosity for even color absorption and helps repair previously damaged protein bonds". Hopefully, this will ensure better haircolor results for my viewers Wella colorcharm liquid toners applied in this video were done on damp hair & volume 20 developer was used. The toner rdeveloper ratio is 1:2 and it was allowed to process for UP TO 30 minutes (which means you can process the hair for LESS THAN 30 minutes but NOT MORE THAN 30 minutes) Wella toners website https://www.wella.com/professional/en...
