Udaipur Violence:Communal Tension Erupts After Class 10 Students Stab Schoolmate, Internet Suspended

The city of Udaipur was gripped by communal tension on Friday after a violent incident at a government-run school led to widespread unrest. The tension began when a Class 10 student was allegedly stabbed by a fellow student at the Government Senior Secondary School located in the Bhatiyani Chohatta area. The incident, which took place in the morning, quickly escalated into a broader conflict, involving members of different communities and leading to violence and arson in several parts of the city. The altercation is believed to have started between the two students inside their classroom and continued during the lunch break at the school's entrance gate. During the scuffle, one of the students allegedly stabbed the other in the thigh with a knife. The injured student was promptly taken to Maharana Bhupal Government Hospital by a school teacher, where he was admitted to the intensive care unit.
