DIY Plasma Cutter Cart | DIY Welding cart

#diy #fabrication #welding I needed a new welding cart for the Eastwood Versacut 40 PLasma Cutter I recently purchased to work on my 1965 Mustang project. I couldn't really find anything at Harbor Freight or any of the other outlets that would suit my needs. Most of the carts out there are cheap sheet metal with flimsy wheels. I already replaced the wheels on the MIG / TIG Cart (will be building a new cart for those eventually) and didn't want to go through that with this cart. Parts are all from either the local Home Depot and Harbor Freight. Steel is all 1" x 1/8" angle iron, some C-channel , and some sheet metal. Front casters are 4" casters and the rear wheels are 8" , both from Harbor Freight. The cart is sized for a Versacut 40 , but larger models like the Versacut 60 will also fit.
