Faced with mounting suspicions, Giacobbe crafts a final plan of deceit aimed at his trusted underboss, Jimmy “Coats” Morelli, played by Timothy Oakes. As tensions escalate, the film reveals the consequences of their predisposed actions under the guise of "power" and the "code" they live by.
