I'm been enjoying Super Mario Bros. Wonder, and its soundtrack is appropriately wonderful! I knew I just had try remixing one of its songs in the Smash style, and I thought its athletic theme would be a great choice. Having a predominantly orchestral rendition transition into a country/bluegrass style was definitely inspired by Melee's iconic Rainbow Cruise theme. I've also taken some inspiration from the Super Mario Bros. 3 Medley in Smash 3DS/Wii U! Original game: Super Mario Bros.
