The Stardust Grand Prix in Las Vegas in 1968 was the final race of the Can-Am Championship season. Denny Hulme won the race in a McLaren M8A and secured the championship. The event marked the last professional race at the Stardust International Raceway and was also notable for the serious injury of driver Jim Hall after a crash with a disabled car on the track.
