FILLING CAPPING MONOBLOCK FOR BUCKETS

Our Monoblock KDC 8-1-470 is composed by a 8-valves rotative filling station and a single-head capping station for lids. This machine is designed for buckets of different sizes and can reach a production speed of 840 bph on a 4lt format. The lid infeed consists in a destacker that can accumulate a certain number of lids in a stack. The operator manually feeds it. A photocell detects the presence of the lid and triggers the lid collection lever. Once triggered, the lid is positioned on a lid release head. After the filling process, the buckets arrive to the lid and collect it. Afterwards, the buckets pass under a capping roll conveyor where the lid gets pressed and fully capped.
