I want to start off by saying that Dragon Warrior IV is property of Square Enix, and I do not claim any ownership of this game. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I have to say, Saro is one tough cookie. It took me two attempts to take him down. The first battle, to be honest, probably should've ended in a win, but I got nervous and careless towards the end, forgetting to switch out dead party members and letting myself dish out minimal damage. A battle that went so well, and I even felt was too easy even in his final form, fell to pieces. Regardless, that is all in the past, as I arose the victor in our second bout. All things considered, this was a pretty tight controlled battle. It got a little questionable towards the end, but that is because he is so unpredictable when it comes to dishing out damage. What was more surprising than Saro, had to be Nara. She dished out more barriers then I would have expected from her. She did a marvelous job, along with Brey. They learned quickly enough which spells would and would not work. Cristo on the other hand does not deserve as much praise. Speaking of spells, I completely forgot to dispel Necrosaro's bounce at the beginning this time around. How embarrassing, because the extra damage from Mara at the end could have cost me the match if Necrosaro would have attacked key players. Still, it all came down to endurance, and I kept my players alive for as long as they were needed around. It's hard, to near impossible to recover the team after they've been brutally mauled by Saro, so instead of regressing time when I still had the chance, I took the offensive. Luckily my assumption on his health was spot on. It seems another wonderful run-through of Dragon Warrior IV has ended for me, and boy was it fun. I learn new things every time I play. This time I learned that the Sword of Decimation was actually useful. :D Thanks for watching!
