GBNT is a private club consisting of 1200 membership sites. You are buying a membership and whatever one you choose is yours. The members own the 273 acres collectively. You would be 1/1200 owner of 273 acres. A $1000.00 onetime transfer fee is required and dues are $1710.00 per year, billed quarterly in advance. Sites may be used 270 days out of the year and one day out a month. Your RV may stay all year round or take it in and out. GBNT is a gated community with security. So please make an appointment for a guided tour. There are two pools, an adult club house, a youth center, a ball field, playgrounds, sport courts, an archery range and food.
