Topslip Kozhikamuthi is the second elephant camp of the Tamil Nadu Forest Department(Anamalai Tiger Reserve ), after the one at Theppakkadu in the Mudumalai Tiger Reserve. A place located middle of forest & there are 27 elephants aged from 8 years to 67 years. Please go in the morning or evening during the time of feeding, it will be a great experience to see them have their meals. I have visited on the first ride morning 7:30 AM. You can see elephant feeding & take picture with elephants etc... As soon as feeding complete most of the elephant will go to Pasture and they keep in the camp only very few elephants 3 - 5.
