This video presents the existing agricultural infrastructure of the Boane Agro-Industrial Platform, located in Boane District, Maputo Province, Mozambique. Casa do Gaiato de Moçambique manages over 500 hectares of fertile land, of which approximately 80 hectares are currently under cultivation. The site includes agricultural machinery, livestock facilities, operational workforce, nursery areas, and a licensed water extraction system from a nearby dam, providing strong potential for large-scale irrigated development. The project seeks an equity partner to expand irrigation infrastructure, scale high-value crop production (horticulture, tropical fruits, coffee, and specialty crops), and develop an integrated agro-industrial platform combining commercial returns with measurable social impact. This is not a greenfield concept, but an operational agricultural base ready for phased expansion.
