Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Freeway, Acceleration, and Top Speed Test

The Royal Enfield Himalayan is a wholesale upgrade over its predecessor, the Himalayan 411. One of the previous RE Himalayan's biggest flaws was its lack of highway ability. Has that changed on the new model? Can the 2024 Royal Enfield Himalayan handle freeway riding? I set out to find out with this combination Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 top speed, acceleration, and freeway test video. Taking the Himalayan 450 on the freeway was a breeze. It easily accelerated and merged into traffic traveling at full speed. At 75 mph it's not unpleasant. There is some vibration but nothing obnoxious or unbearable. As far as Himalayan 450 top speed, well it's no speed demon but it is plenty fast for highway riding even in states where the speed limit is 70 or 80 miles an hour. My top speed and acceleration test ended at 90mph, but with a longer run and/or a smaller rider, I'm sure it could do even better.
