A testicular injury in the young age could be a damage to the testis or no damage to the testis or the penis. If there is damage to the testis, then there is atrophy of the testis which causes shrinkage to the testis. But there will not be any enlargement of the testis if there is a trauma at the younger age, later on it becomes big. The only condition where it develops a hydrocele it looks big, but it might not be because of trauma. Another thing is testicular pain might also be idiopathic. Patients might give history of a previous trauma. The only thing what we can think is because of trauma, the wound would have healed with contracture, this contracture causes fibrosis which leads to mild testicular pain which is persisting. This leads to a watery discharge which is difficult to think about, don’t think it leads to ejaculatory duct fluid, which is whitish discharge in cases where there is previous trauma. These cases where there is a whitish discharge, we have to reevaluate the patient to see with a CT scan if there is any block in the ejaculatory ducts or any block in the testis leading to a decrease in semen production.
