These are tried and tested meals that will help anyone seeking some food inspo that is flexible, packable for your journey and most importantly: tasty. Hope you enjoy the vid ☺️ Amanda • Subscribe: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXXJ... • IG: / amandajchan 〰️ Recipes STACKED CRACKERS 🧀 → 1 pack of Vita-Weats or crispbread → 1 small slab of cheddar cheese → 1 ripe avocado → 1 tuna pouch FALAFEL & KIMCHI WRAP 🌯 → 1 pack of wraps → hommus → spinach or leafy greans → ready to eat falafel → 1 punnet (250g) cherry tomatoes → kimchi (for camping trips I get the kimchi in the preserved jars - not fridge section - so they don't need to be refrigerated until after opening) → chilli sauce → kewpie mayo VEGGIE PASTA SALAD 🥗 → 500g spiral pasta → 1 sweet potato → 1 punnet (250g) cherry tomatoes → 1 red capsicum → pitted olives → rocket → pesto sauce → 1 can of cannellini beans → baby bocconcini (optional)
