But this time, there’s more than just the usual running hurdles – a sniper literally throws a wrench in my PB plans! 💥 In this Parkrun 5K challenge, we talk about: Race Strategy: How to pace myself during a Parkrun PB attempt and what went right (and wrong!). Dealing with Distractions: Can I focus on my pace and form when unexpected distractions pop up? Spoiler: It’s tough! Race Day Gear: My tried and tested gear for hitting a PB – from shoes to race-day clothing.
